On 12 October we opened lookunique.eu to everyone. It is the sixth thing we make, and the first you can wear.

The front page is a line of text and a blank shirt. You type an idea, or use a photo. Our own solar-powered, battery-backed AI farm draws four pictures, and you pick the one you want. That shirt is printed for you, to order, in Germany, and posted free within the EU.

Why a shirt

Every shop sells the same ten prints. We wanted the opposite: a shirt that exists because you thought of it. A drawing stays in the shop after it sells, so you can send the link to a friend, or to a whole team, and they can order the same one.

The look

It is not a picture from a chatbot pasted onto cotton. Every drawing is made in the same hand: separate ink dots laid over a tonal sketch, the way an engraver stipples a plate. Two shirts from two strangers look as if they came from the same studio, and no two are alike. Dots print cleanly on cotton and read as a drawing, not a photograph. On a dark shirt the dots are printed in a bone colour, so navy stays navy.

What it costs, and what it will not do

  • Five cuts: Kids €29.90, Unisex €34.90, Women's cut €37.90, Women's slim €39.90, Premium organic €44.90. Two or more of the same shirt in one order are 10 % off.
  • Printed on the front or the back, in three sizes, and posted within 10 working days with tracking, to 18 European countries.
  • A printed shirt cannot come back for a change of mind, because it was made for you. A misprint is ours to put right, free.
  • It does not draw real people by name, brands, logos, or characters from films and games.

Two other ways in

An old family photo. Priit's grandfather Harry and his twin brother Hugo, from an early-2000s fisheye snapshot, are now a shirt; Priit's older brother ordered one the day he saw it. The story is on the shop's own blog.

An assistant. The shop answers ChatGPT and Claude through its connector: ask your assistant for a shirt, and it hands you the link to order it. How that works.

We started building lookunique on 18 September. If something on the shop is wrong, write to us: Karolin answers, in five languages.
